"Accommodations were fantastic and house was relatively close to local attractions."

"Property was in a great location and house is nice, but the property was not very clean when we checked in. Dirty dishes in sink, fridge not cleaned out, dishes in the dishwasher. Linens were disgusting, hair on pillows and on sheets. Kind of ruined the whole stay."

"Not cleaned an arrival and some amenities were not working. After repeated calls for maintenance repair where calls were not returned our 3 day stay was without some amenities. Calls that were answered said problem was fixed, but upon returning to cabin that was not true. called again and said they would be there in about 35 minutes. 2 and 1/2 hours later called and they told me the maintenance man's truck broke down and they couldn't get to me.
