(January) I would just recommend that the door hardware get oiled, they are extremely screechy when you open them which disturbed sleep when someone had to use the bathroom. The basement has a mildew kind of smell so no one wanted to sleep down there. Another tv would be nice, maybe in one of the bedrooms. Other then that it is a very cute cottage. It was clean...
