Unfortunately this unit was in the middle building which had the access door to the courtyard sealed shut because of falling stucco from the building. "Wasn’t our first visit, won’t be our last! We love this resort. Perfect for couples and families. Has never been overcrowded or difficult to enjoy the property and amenities. Restaurants are solid. Coffee shop and market are amazing and super convenient. Rooms are great (both the bungalows and riserva). Love that the main pool is 24 hours. Beach access is easy and comfortable. If you book through Expedia, you’ll be charged an OTA fee. Ours was $117/day."

"Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. "

"The room was outdated, but mostly very clean. There was some sort of bug that kept making an appearance in the fridge cabinet. The WiFi was terrible. When we checked in there was no explanation about the room charge maximum and we were told when getting drinks one day that we couldn't charge to the room until we fixed. The "bracelets" served no purpose other than opening our door. We never tapped it on anything else. And they were bulky and not attractive."
