« The gentleman at the front desk was so very nice and helpful. He really seems to care and I appreciated him. The property is older so it has some wear but there was no trash and seemed to be kept clean. The room itself was a good size with a mini couch. The dresser drawers wouldn’t stay closed and would constantly roll open no matter how many times we closed them. We could hear our next door neighbors coming in/out their door but surprisingly the place was pretty quiet. The beds are firm and...

« They had exposed wires around the room. Roaches crawled along the floor throughout our stay. They refuse to give a refund for anything. They wouldn’t even give extra blankets or TOWELS! Do not stay here »

« The location is probably what brings me back to this location. The staff is amazing and make you feel welcome. It’s extremely clean. »

« Very clean and quiet. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The only negative point would be the sink situated outside of the bathroom. »

« This was a no frills, clean establishment, The breakfast is sufficient to help get your day started, but a small variety. Staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive. The facility is starting to show its age but safe and functional. »

« Clean air conditioning »

« Neat and affordable hotel. I got a king size bed. Excellent and safe location in the Woodlands area. Perfect location right across the Woodlands Mall Area. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a good location and affordable price. »

« Salle de bain moisie qui donne une odeur horrible dans toute la chambre. »

« I’m currently without a house and I’ve been doing a different place every night. I was impressed because the bathroom was gorgeous!!! The appliances were new and the linen looked clean. If I was impressed by that imagine what I’ve seen before »

However, at approximately 11:20 a.m., a male staff member began aggressively banging on my door, insisting that it was time for me to leave. I explained that I had already received...
