« They didn’t honour our Expedia rate even though we booked through Expedia app. Front desk person argued with my husband until he gave up. No other hotels available in the area. Beds were lumpy and like sleeping in a canoe, continental breakfast was processed packaged crap. Hot tub was out of order, don’t even bother eating at the restaurant! Some of the dishes were inedible, so salty!! 4 plates out of 7 had to be sent back, so disgusting! Overall rip off especially considering they didn’t honour...

« Checked in and left immediately after seeing the cleanliness of the room. Hairs in the bed, mold in the showers, stains on shower curtains.
Expedia was unable to resolve my claim and did not issue a refund. Not the greatest outcome to an already undesirable situation. »
