"Pool was great. The staff was very helpful. What I really liked was getting a text after we checked in to find out if we needed anything. I responded that we would like a fan in our room while we were at the Wolves game and within minutes I was informed that it had been put in our room. Great location, right across the street from the Target Center by walkway. Close to great restaurants downtown. I highly recommend this place."

"The mattresses were extremely uncomfortable, the sink and shower both had clogs that resulted in disgusting water pooling, there were no special useful amenities (even the pool was closed for part of our stay), there is no area shuttle (only a airport shuttle) and they do not reply to messages sent to their texting system for customer service. The only positive thing was my in-person interaction with staff. "

"I am diabetic and can only drink diet beverages. I tried 3 times to get Diet Mt Dew and it came out brown, I told two people about it and I’m not sure if it was ever fixed. "
