"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It’s new and clean. The pool has a water slide which the kids loved. The staff were all friendly, especially the lady working the breakfast area. She personally came to notify all the guest the breakfast was ending and make sure we are able to get what we needed before closing. The only downside I can think of is the water pressure in the shower for the one bedroom suite was weak but it doesn’t impact the overall great experience. Parking is paid but indoor which is a plus for security. "

"the gym wasn't open after 11:00pm; No room service after 11:00pm.So if someone arrives late from a meeting or a late flight, he/she has to starve or drive around the area to have a descent meal ...or go to the nearest McDonald . There is an opportunity to enhance or erase this lake of service .(a personal opinion)"

"We needed a 2-night stay while we were visiting family in Montreal. We were able to get a good cart that actually wheels straight, the unit was furnished with everything we needed (tho not offered a bottle of water). Coffee in-room service was fine, shuttle worked perfectly for us on our way to the airport; staff was very friendly and helpful - even tried to put a bkrst together at 5am, tho had not reuqested one. Very kind."
