Separate barn/studio with bed and bathroom. You won't want to leave...but if you do - it is 2 miles from the town of Hudson with great restaurants, shops, farmers market..

signature of a simple lease agreement and deposit is requested for the 2 or 3 month rental period.

note - if you rent for 90 days instead of 60 days - the day rate will go down to $390 - making the extra month only $6000
