Thankfully our host was very helpful and we found the location thanks to his directions. The space itself is spotless on the inside and the host maximized using his space to the best of his abilities. Whatever I needed the host would always answer and provide in a timely manner. The location is only 10-15 minutes away from beautiful downtown Hudson,NY and other great hiking areas. No one was there when I arrived. No clear marking of home. Manager decided to leave at 4PM Friday. I arrived at 630PM with no one around. Wandered around the location and had to speak to neighbor as to wheee property actually was. Manager left me a text message at 1130PM TELLING ME THE ROOM NUMBER AND IT WAS in a mailbox. That information would only have been help for a tarot reader or soothsayer. Now the manager refuses to refund my payment and says since I was not there at time I gave that I might be there I will not be refunded. This is a matter for civil and criminal fraud authorities. Can I be clearer as a world traveller and resident of Columbia County for over 20 years. Let all consumers beware of Steven McKay and his properties.
