"Charged extra for the wheelchair accessible room for the convenience of it being first floor and having a direct drive up access. The drive up access doors however are too high for a wheelchair to access. Also told the roll in shower was a premium upgrade and it was in fact very nice however the height of the bed was so high that a wheelchair user is not able to get into the bed independently. The housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The extra charges are bordering on discrimination toward wheelchair users. "
