![Situated high above Huancayo (and therefore offering some spectacular views down on to the city), Torre Torre is a valley where erosion has destroyed much of the land but has left behind these towering rock sculptures similar to those in Love Valley in Cappadocia, Turkey.

Although not compulsory (and not recommended unless you're very surefooted and have incredibly good balance!), it is possible to climb on to the tops of some of the towers and to walk between them. "The location is out of the way to walk to the city’s main plaza and the downtown, but is in a short ride to get to them. The Hotel is very close to the international university campus. Restaurants and stores are within a block walk but in an are not of interest to tourist. Personnel at the hotel were extremely friendly and very helpful with suggestions and eager to help."
