He was extremely friendly and we had a great chat (in English). The hotel was nice, and the rooms were large with air conditioning. Location is conveniently close to the train station and we found parking easily on the street out front. The room is dirty and old. Hotel staff is rude with no knowledge of there is breakfast provided in the hotel. No soap available to wash hands and mineral water provided.
