"This rental was exactly what we needed. We were travelling with my mother who doesn't get around well. Three bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was pristine and had everything we needed. The bath was perfect for my mother with a high-rise toilet, zero entry shower with a bench, accessible sink, and extra wide doors for entry. "The owner was only one at desk. Many many people in lobby waiting for HOURS for their room. It was 10 at night and our room was not going to be ready for HOURS. I have asked for years now for a refund because we had to leave and stay somewhere else. To no avail. Even Expedia wouldn't give refund. This place was dirty and unkept. Looked like it was in foreclosure. Expedia should be ashamed to offer this disgusting establishment"
