"I was really excited to stay at this property. It looks so nice! However the beautiful new building is situated in a very rough area of DC. We arrived in the late afternoon and a party was just getting started next door. Medium sized crowd, loud music with strong bass line. I ordered some DoorDash and the driver got out, looked at me, looked around, and asked "Are you okay?" But I was still hopeful that everything would be fine. It wasn't. The party went until nearly 4am with escalating yelling...

"It was 100 degrees in DC the day I arrived. They didn't turn the AC on even though they left 1/2 hour before our arrival time. It took hours to get the apt cool. I texted the owner but didn't hear back until the next day.There was mold in both showers, hair in both sinks and on the toilet and some on the wall. There was old urine on the toilet seat. The showers were dirty. Some towels were stained so we didn't know if they were washed. The soaps in the showers were empty. The rugs were...

"We really enjoyed our stay here and the host was very responsive. The place is very roomy, but yes, there are lots of steps! The kitchen is fairly well stocked and the open kitchen and living room is very nice when staying with other people. The location is great and very close to everything you need. We went to downtown Annapolis one evening for dinner which was a treat! I would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!"

"It is a beautiful and convenient property, For the most part it was clean, with the exception that there were several roaches spotted in the bathroom, bedroom, and living room area. My guess is that it may be due to the neighbors in the building. "
