GARDEN VIEWS @ PARKWOOD- LAKEFRONT WITH COVERED BOAT SLIP!

Come experience everything Lake Hamilton has to offer at this high-end, fully remodeled home complete with a covered boat dock for your water toys and large outdoor living areas! This 4 bedroom, 4 and 1/2 bath has been thoughtfully designed with your needs in mind and features all new linens, bedding, appliances, furniture and more!

Once you enter this property you will be immediately greeted with floor to ceiling windows showcasing expansive views of lake Hamilton in the open concept floor plan consisting of main living area, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, sun room, and dining area- with enough seating to comfortably host 12 people ( Perfect for thanksgiving and Christmas.)

All bedrooms are located on this main floor; the "bunk house" bedroom has two over-sized bunk beds with full sized mattresses making it perfect for kids or adults, The "Fish wallpaper" bedroom consists of two queen sized beds with patio access and lake views, The "I love the 80s" bedroom has a king sized bed with attached bathroom, and the primary bedroom has a large king bed with attached private bathroom- The primary bedroom also has outdoor access to the large covered patio.

Downstairs you will find our amazing game room that also houses the second full kitchen, second living area and full bathroom. From this level, you can walk outside to another large covered entertaining space and to boat slip and sunbathing deck.

*Please note Lake Hamilton has an annual draw down from November 1st-March 15th. During this time, lake levels are lowered 3-6 feet, and our boat slip will not be accessible by boat, however you will still have expansive lake views.

*Fireplaces are not operational.

*Although we have a double boat slip, we keep our boat docked in one of the slips, and you will have access to the other slip for use during your stay.

Better than pictured

We were so happy with this property. Communication with Sarah was so easy and she was very responsive and friendly. The house was better than pictured- huge, clean and gorgeous. We spent most of our time outside on one of the many many different places to sit and relax. We grilled out and swam off the dock and just had a wonderful time.

Family get together

We had an 8 person family get together at the lake and it was perfect. Wonderful morning views. We got out on the lake on day and went hiking on another day. Toured downtown Hot Springs as well. The house was welcoming, clean, and fully stocked with kitchenware and bedding. What a great stay!

The PERFECT Thanksgiving Getaway!

We decided to book this property for a family Thanksgiving getaway and it was the best decision we've ever made! Prior to arrival, Sarah was awesome in responding to all of our questions and making sure we had everything we needed. When we arrived, we were instantly greeted with the most AMAZING lake views. The single level configuration was perfect for everyone to move around comfortably. The only room downstairs was the game room which ended up being a popular hangout for everyone to play video games, darts, cards, etc. We spent most of our time out on the HUGE deck or mingling around the living room and open kitchen, which never made you feel like you were separated from the action, even when cooking. And the large table was perfect for Thanksgiving dinner. We rented kayaks from the marina to go out on the lake and were able to take day trips to the downtown area to explore. This property really makes you feel like you're away from everything in the way it's tucked back on the water, but offers the convenience of stores, restaurants, activities, etc. just a few minutes away. Everyone was truly able to relax and unwind and spend quality time together. It was a trip we will remember forever and we are so grateful for this time together in such a magical setting.

Summer Family Vacation

Beautiful home, with plenty of space for our family of 11. The dock was perfect for swimming! Our grandchildren enjoyed it very much! We rented a pontoon and because of the dock, it was extremely convenient to let people on or off as needed. Had a great time on Lake Hamilton!

Beautiful Lake Setting

There were 9 of us (6 adults & 3 children). The home was beautiful as well as the location. It was wonderful coming back to the house after a day on the lake or hiking in Garvan. The house is so spacious we felt like we had more than enough room and privacy. Will definitely stay here again!!

Excellent communication from Hosts!

Our poor hosts had literally days before been hit by a pretty bad tornado in their area. Thankfully their home was spared, but all of their neighbors were not. The hosts were so worried about us being taken care of that they had a lawn crew there making sure all limbs and leaves were picked up etc. - they truly care about the experience. The host even recommended things to do and places to eat. Our kids LOVED the welcome gift, and it was so thoughtful and creative!

The house was perfect for our group. Boys had the bunk room, Girls had the 80's pad and the parents had the rooms with balcony access. Wish we could have stayed longer. The location and the house are perfect!! I talked with Sarah the host a couple times and she was extremely helpful and nice. We had a bad experience with the house we booked for this trip getting canceled a few days before the trip, but this house and Sarah saved our trip.

Lake side luxury

We stayed here while we were in town for a conference. The house was beautiful and the lake view was amazing! We appreciated all the fun options from shuffle board to darts to relaxing on the deck and watching the boats go by. The location was perfect! Close to downtown and shopping but away from traffic and noise. All the beds and furniture were high end and comfortable! We had everything we needed in the kitchen and the host was kind and very responsive. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Absolutely amazing!!

Stayed at this beautiful home for Thanksgiving with our family. Pictures do not do this place justice. House is impeccably clean, plenty of room for everyone. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious and clean. Even with all the people we had, it never felt cramped or crowded. And oh man, the views!! So stunning. I’m already looking for a reason to come back!

OMG!!!

I always give honest reviews and when I say this lake house is everything plus some I mean that. The pictures does this place no justice it’s beyond exceptional. So roomy, so pleasant, so clean, and everything you can need is provided. I’m definitely coming back again , I loved this place! The host had excellent communication from the time you book the property and even leaves a welcome gift then the house is in the middle of all the stores so you don’t have a long drive. I give this 5 stars and if I could do more I would. Nothing bad to say about this place at all.

Bigger than it looks!

Such a beautiful and spacious home to stay for our group of 8 and 2 dogs! The yard was wonderful…fenced and had steps to lake. The porch was extra wide and we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out there enjoying the views. Rented a boat from Hot Springs Marina around the corner and also rented jet skis fromArkamsas Powersports rental (501-416-2443). Both were so much fun! Hunter (host) was super communicative and helpful. The house had so much space. Definitely room for everyone.

Great Family Vacation!

Hosts were very accommodating. The house was very clean and had lots of great touches a lot of short term rentals don’t have. The backyard was great as it’s fully fenced and the dock and swim up steps made it easy for kids(and dog!) to swim. Huge kitchen table and couch was able to accommodate our group. A suggestion would be to add some sort of towel hangers in the bathrooms, there weren’t any for hand or bath towels. The bugs were pretty bad outside on the deck too so bring bug spray! There were a ton of spiderwebs on deck that we’d brush away and more would pop up. Not sure what at all could be done about outdoor bug situation as we liked sitting at the table. We did buy extra citronella candles. Overall a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend the home.

This is our second time to vacation at Lake Hamilton. Love this lake!!! The house was definitely remodeled recently. The kitchen is fabulous!!! There was plenty of space for everyone. We had two families that stayed. Will definitely come again!!!
