Although inside was great, outside was in need of a major cleaning. Lots of dirt, dead bugs, old spider webs and mud dauber nests everywhere on walls, windows and doors. « Back yard unusable, needed to be mowed. Kitchen flooring is coming apart. Main bath so narrow, that your knees touch the wall when toileting. We enjoyed the dock and kayaks. Though all 4 adults do not fit comfortably on the dock at the same time. »
