Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsen, ein Kleinkind und einem Hund im Ferienhaus „Landhaus Platzl“. Wir hatten einen schönen Familienurlaub in einem urigen, alten Haus mit ganz viel Charme. Es hat uns täglich eine wechselnde traumhafte Aussicht geboten. Da das Grundstück nicht voll eingezäunt ist und direkt an einer Straße zwischen Wildschönau und Hopfgarten liegt, musste man die Haustür immer geschlossen halten, Kind und Hund konnten quasi nicht frei auf dem Grundstück herumlaufen. Das Bad und WC sind zwei extra angelegte Räume, was bei vielen Menschen durchaus vom Vorteil ist. Nur im WC-Raum fehlt ein kleines Waschbecken, denn nach dem Gang zur Toilette möchte man sich die Hände waschen, und wenn das Bad besetzt ist…. na ja, ich gehe darauf nicht weiter ein…. Ich möchte das Haus nicht mit 11 Personen bewohnen, dann wäre es kein Urlaub mehr, sondern hätte etwas von einem „Landschulheim“ Aufenthalt, mit 5 + 1 Personen war es ganz ok. Die Küche hatte viel Charme, kein Luxus, braucht man das? Für uns war die Küche ok, der Ofen ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber zum Brötchen aufbacken hat der Ofen gereicht. Sauna, ist schon was feines, da ich selber eine eigene Sauna habe, weiß ich wie man damit um zugehen hat…. Es ist nur eine sehr kleine Sauna, wo max. 2 Personen sitzen können, man kann nicht liegen, die Sitzfläche ist ca. 150 cm lang, dass sollte man vorher wissen. Falls viele Personen gleichzeitig in die Sauna gehen wollen, schafft die Sauna dies technisch gesehen nicht. Die 2 Sofas sind auch in die Jahre gekommen und sind nicht gerade für den Rücken gesund und bequem. Der Ausblick aus der Hütte ist wahnsinnig schön und wir konnten vom Balkon aus das Silvesterfeuerwerk beobachten. Die Sauna wurde einige Male benutzt und die Bäder sind schön und neu. In den Betten haben wir sehr gut geschlafen. Die Wohnung ist ein altes uriges Landhaus, was in Teilen renoviert wurde und in Teilen auch nicht. Es gibt eine Scheune mit einer Schaukel, einer Hängematte und einem Sofaeck sowie einer Sauna. Die Sauna funktioniert bestens und ist ein Highlight. Alles weitere in der Scheune ist jedoch defekt, man kann weder Dart, noch Tischkicker spielen, da keine Pfeile und Bälle vorhanden sind. Die Küche ist für eine große Gruppe nahezu nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Herd wird nicht richtig warm, der Ofen ebenso. Unser Ofengemüse war nach ca 1,5h fertig. Die Grundausstattung ist auch nicht vorhanden, weder Spülmittel noch Salz oder Pfeffer. Es gibt nur ein Klo und eine Dusche was für 10 Personen zeitweise knapp wird. Die Lage ist auch nicht gerade vorteilhaft, aber das weiß man bevor man es bucht. Ansonsten hat die Hütte natürlich auch ihre Vorzüge, sie hat Charm und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Räume sind groß und für die Anzahl an Personen perfekt. Und die Sauna für 3 Personen ist nach einem langen Wandertag natürlich auch bestens geeignet. ##### Fabian D. Es liegt direkt an einer Durchgangss ... Leider können wir das Haus überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Es liegt direkt an einer Durchgangsstraße, was es leider unmöglich macht, sich im Freien aufzuhalten. Wir hatten 2 Hunde dabei und konnten sie nicht von der Leine lassen, da die Einfahrt zur stark befahrenen Durchgangsstraße hin nicht abgesichert ist. Mit kleinen Kindern stellen wir uns das auch sehr schwierig vor. Der Balkon ist leider auch nicht nutzbar, da er viel zu schmal ist und keinen sicheren Eindruck auf uns gemacht hat. Das Haus ist leider überhaupt nicht gemütlich eingerichtet. Jede Jugendherberge ist heutzutage moderner und schöner eingerichtet. Das schönste Zimmer ist das Badezimmer, da es wohl kürzlich renoviert wurde. Auch fehlt es an ordentlichem Geschirr für mehrere Personen. Das Haus war bei Ankunft auch nicht wirklich sauber. Überall lagen noch tote Fliegen herum. Fehlende Bretter auf dem Balkon (Absturzgefahr). Auf dem Sofa Blutflecke, Haare usw. Der Fußboden stellenweise klebrig. Unter der Sitzecke alte Kronkorken, Flaschen, Krümel... Kühlschrank verdreckt und kein Licht. Dreckige Fenster. Vorhandene Teppiche sind mit Flecken übersät. Vorhänge teilweise kaputt und bedecken nicht die Fensterscheiben. Tote breit gedrückte Fliegen kleben an Wänden und Zimmerdecken. Handtücher, die angeblich vorhandenen sein sollen, konnten wir nur als Fußabtreter benutzen. Das waren nur Auszüge von dem, wie wir das Landhaus vorgefunden haben. Mehr ins Detail gehen wir nicht. Unserer Meinung nach hat dieses Haus nie eine gründliche Reinigung erhalten. Eine Frechheit, die Endreinigung in Rechnung zu stellen. ##### Silvana S. Unsere Gesellschaft von 9 Personen hat unseren Aufenthalt im Landhaus Platzl sehr genossen. Das Haus befindet sich in einem sehr malerischen Ort, umgeben von Bergen von allen Seiten. Die Privatsauna im Winterhaus ist ein unbezahlbares Privileg, das beste Gefühl nach einem ganzen Tag Skifahren auf diese Weise zu verbringen. Das Haus hat nur eine Toilette, was für große Unternehmen ein Problem sein könnte, aber es hat unsere Erfahrung überhaupt nicht beeinträchtigt. Das Haus ist ziemlich groß, und wir hatten alle genug Platz. Die Möbel und die Einrichtung sind in einem guten Zustand. Alles war sauber und bereit für unseren Urlaub.
