Just a few steps away from the ski bus stop, the ski bus takes you to the gondola station of the Skiwelt. The holiday home offers simple, comfortable furnishings and a special highlight: the converted hayloft at the back. Here you will find entertainment for young and old or simply enjoy the cosy sitting area with a view of the breathtaking mountain landscape Hopfgarten im Brixental, a jewel in the Austrian Alps, attracts visitors all year round. In winter, the SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser attracts with over 280 kilometres of slopes. In summer, Salvenaland Hopfgarten offers fun for the whole family with a swimming lake and adventure playgrounds. The Kelchsau nearby is a hiker's paradise with hiking routes for all levels of difficulty and breathtaking mountain lakes. Die Wohnung ist ein altes uriges Landhaus, was in Teilen renoviert wurde und in Teilen auch nicht. Es gibt eine Scheune mit einer Schaukel, einer Hängematte und einem Sofaeck sowie einer Sauna. Die Sauna funktioniert bestens und ist ein Highlight. Alles weitere in der Scheune ist jedoch defekt, man kann weder Dart, noch Tischkicker spielen, da keine Pfeile und Bälle vorhanden sind. Die Küche ist für eine große Gruppe nahezu nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Herd wird nicht richtig warm, der Ofen ebenso. Unser Ofengemüse war nach ca 1,5h fertig. Die Grundausstattung ist auch nicht vorhanden, weder Spülmittel noch Salz oder Pfeffer. Es gibt nur ein Klo und eine Dusche was für 10 Personen zeitweise knapp wird. Die Lage ist auch nicht gerade vorteilhaft, aber das weiß man bevor man es bucht. Ansonsten hat die Hütte natürlich auch ihre Vorzüge, sie hat Charm und einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge. Die Räume sind groß und für die Anzahl an Personen perfekt. Und die Sauna für 3 Personen ist nach einem langen Wandertag natürlich auch bestens geeignet. ##### Fabian D. Fehlende Bretter auf dem Balkon (Absturzgefahr). Auf dem Sofa Blutflecke, Haare usw. Der Fußboden stellenweise klebrig. Unter der Sitzecke alte Kronkorken, Flaschen, Krümel... Kühlschrank verdreckt und kein Licht. Dreckige Fenster. Vorhandene Teppiche sind mit Flecken übersät. Vorhänge teilweise kaputt und bedecken nicht die Fensterscheiben. Tote breit gedrückte Fliegen kleben an Wänden und Zimmerdecken. Handtücher, die angeblich vorhandenen sein sollen, konnten wir nur als Fußabtreter benutzen. Das waren nur Auszüge von dem, wie wir das Landhaus vorgefunden haben. Mehr ins Detail gehen wir nicht. Unserer Meinung nach hat dieses Haus nie eine gründliche Reinigung erhalten. Eine Frechheit, die Endreinigung in Rechnung zu stellen. ##### Silvana S.
