"We want to highlight one of your housekeepers who did a great job. It was Katherine who was so very kind, caring and helpful when my wife requested services. We tried to find her later to give her a tip, but I guess she was off duty, and then we had to depart. She truly exemplified what great customer service looks like. In addition, the property was great in every way."
