"There was a cockroach in the bathtub when we checked in. The room had not cleaned properly and smelled. The furniture was shabby. The TV did not work. The AC was not working properly, and the on/off button on the AC did not work at all, so I had to unplug it to stop it. The toilet would get clogged constantly. Towels had someone's hair on them. There was no shampoo or conditioner, just some cheap soap."

"The room was very clean and there is on site parking. I used the guest laundry- which only takes quarters and you need to bring your own detergent/dryer sheets - but it was nice to not have to find a laundromat. There was a mini fridge in the room but it did not seem to keep anything cold enough. Bed was comfy as well."

"There were ants crawling all over the breakfast area and not enough food the garage cans are really small in the room my phone and PS5 could not connect to the WiFi and in order to get to the indoor pool you have to go outside and my bed didn’t have a frame on it so my room had to get changed this place was horrible and then they closed the pool for about 5 hours this morning but receptionist was great he was very nice "
