« The staff were all amazing and so helpful. Stern was exceptional. He made our 2 evening's very fun and he was very informative about local things to do. We were told to try an amazing Italian Restaurant and given exact directions to get to every where we wanted to go. The location is in a nice and safe area. The bed was sooo comfy and the noise level in our room was very minimal compared to other places we have stayed. Great job!!!!!! We will stay here again! »

« Great location. Allowed me to walk to the University of Pitt. Breakfast was great and staff answered all my questions. Very helpful. »

« I was very satisfied with everything. The breakfast was awesome. The rooms were clean. They always change the sheets and towels, and I was very pleased with the staff. They were very polite, generous and helpful. I will recommend Holiday Inn is a great place to stay and a good experience. »

« Excellent staff; ideal location when visiting Pitt! »

« The hotel front desk staff was amazing. Their free shuttle is pretty great, too! The restaurant, Eliza, was great and super allergy friendly. Although very understaffed which wasn’t their fault. But let’s talk about what was wrong. As soon as we entered our room we noticed it didn’t seem super clean. My child lifted the couch cushion to make his bed (the pull out bed) and it was full of beer bottle lids. We called the front desk, they sent someone who didn’t speak English to make the bed and...

« Late arroval with 2 huge luggage's and the person at the desk give us a room at the 3rd level... without elevator !!! We reclam to use one who go only at the second floor! Then the A/C in the room 1304 make a noise! It looks like sleeping near a plane! horrible! And the windows are not double glazing so with the road in front it was a disaster! We were so enthousiastic by seeing the pictures and at the end so deeply disappointed. »

« The train is way too close to the hotel. We felt it was in our room. Our room was next to the elevator on the 3rd floor, so it was very noisy. With a six nights stay a view on the river and further from elevators and train would have been appreciated. Good breakfast every morning with many options. Thanks »

« Nice place, very clean. »
