« Globalement correct. Je n’ai pas pu faire mon check-in le soir de l’arrivée à cause d’une correspondance ratée, en arrivant le lendemain matin ma réservation a été annulée et même en faisant une nouvelle réservation on ne m’a pas laissé récupérer la chambre avant l’après midi (ma chambre non récupérée devait pourtant être prête puisque j’aurais du la récupérer la veille…) La responsable a quand même acceptée de rembourser une partie de l’ancienne réservation via le support hôtels.com qui est un...

« Chambre sale, murs tachés d’une substance inconnue, lits sales, baignoire sale avec cheveux des précédents voyageurs ou d’encore avant. Pas de VMC, sol sale qui n’a pas vu une serpillière ou même un balai depuis quelque temps… Une serviette nous manquait, la dame de la réception qui semble être la directrice a refusé de nous en donner une. Il fallait attendre le lendemain à 10h pour en avoir une « propre ». La literie et les serviettes ne sont elles aussi pas propres. En revanche, le monsieur...

« The hotel was updated, clean, and well maintained. The staff was exceptionally kind and friendly throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the 24-hour coffee machine, which freshly grinds beans and brews each cup. It was a nice welcoming touch and quite delicious. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to Elon University, where we had meetings. In addition, being pretty close to a shopping area with several restaurants made our stay enjoyable. »

"Mon lit en métal craquait quand je bougeais et les serviettes n’était pas changer automatiquement même si j’avais 3 nuits là il a fallu que je demande pour avoir ces serviettes ."

"Chambre sale, murs tachés d’une substance inconnue, lits sales, baignoire sale avec cheveux des précédents voyageurs ou d’encore avant. Pas de VMC, sol sale qui n’a pas vu une serpillière ou même un balai depuis quelque temps… Une serviette nous manquait, la dame de la réception qui semble être la directrice a refusé de nous en donner une. Il fallait attendre le lendemain à 10h pour en avoir une « propre ». La literie et les serviettes ne sont elles aussi pas propres. En revanche, le monsieur qui nous a accueillis était très sympathique."
