"The entry carpet was bubbled and needed to be stretched or replaced, lower elevator didn’t work, but the lobby was clean and staff was nice. Our room was a mess. Towels had black sticky stuff on them, room was very dusty, stains on the carpet and the room was very warm regardless of turning the air on. "

"Breakfast was supposed to be 06:00 to 09:00 but when arrived at 08:45 a cranky attendant was removing what was left and told us they close the kitchen at 08:30 and when the food is gone, done. We stay in Best Western motels fairly frequently and have come to expect better than this."
