Pet Policy:

• $200 for first dog, $100 for each additional (up to 3 total)

• Please inquire for multiple pets so we can apply the proper charges

• No pets in pool areas if applicable; violation forfeits security deposit

• $750 security deposit + signed renter agreement via OwnerRez

• Primary renter must be 25+ years old, provide valid ID

• Credit card must match the name on the ID
