  • Cette maison moderne de 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain est directement sur l'océan, avec une vue exceptionnelle sur l'eau bleue brillante. Il est parfaitement situé à l'extrémité sud de la plage de Topsail, à une courte distance des commerces, des restaurants et du quai de pêche Jolly Roger. À l'intérieur, vous trouverez un décor confortable et paisible et une cuisine avec un ensemble complet d'équipements. 10 peuvent dormir confortablement sur trois lits queen, deux lits jumeaux et un canapé-lit, avec toutes les chambres face à l'océan. Second time staying here. Very clean upon arrival and check-in was super smooth. Fantastic location and a view you cannot beat! An added bonus was getting to watch a sea turtle nest hatch our last evening there right next to the house!

This was our second time staying at Sea Zen. The location is perfect and the views are incredible. Lots of room for our family. The house had everything we needed including beach chairs, a well stocked kitchen, and linens/towels. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful home! We have never seen a layout with the top floor being the main living area. The kitchen, master bedroom, dining room and living room all have beautiful views of the beach. There is even a small patio off the kitchen for sunset views. Pearl was a great communicator and provided all the information we needed. Great value, great views, great time away. Shout out to Topsail Steamer. You order a steam pot with anything you want in it and pick it up. Two cups of water, 40 minutes on the stove and we had the best crab boil of our lives with zero work.

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning ocean views and the peaceful atmosphere. The house itself was beautifully maintained—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.One of our favorite parts was the easy access to the beach. Just steps away, we were able to enjoy morning walks, sunset views, and long days by the water without any hassle. The outdoor space was perfect for unwinding and enjoying the views.What really made this stay special was how effortless everything felt. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with the added bonus of a breathtaking beachfront setting.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable beach getaway.

We very much enjoyed our stay! Everything was well prepared when we arrived. We had a problem working the television, but it was easy to reach our hostess and she walked us through the process. The house was very clean and all the appliances were in good condition. No Problems!--that's what we like!The condo has direct and quick access to the beach. The beach is beautiful and clearly visible from inside the house.
