"I would be surprised to find a better value for your money in Hoi An. My room was immense, with everything I needed. And they always made sure to clean. Manage your expectations, this is a Homestay, not a hotel. So it's got a very cool family vibe to it. The hosts were incredibly helpful, transparent, proactive, on top of their stuff, and overall just great people! I would definitely stay there again. "

"Breakfast was average, the air con in our room leaked (thankfully onto the spare bed) and soaked it. I got sick from this. Hot water wasn’t working, maybe for all of 5 minutes over the two days and nights. Very disappointing as we just wanted me to have a hot steamy shower to try and help the bug I caught. "The room was really modern and clean in a very spacious house. The lady who ran it is so kind and caring, serves a great breakfast too! We took them up on the free bike offer as it only is a 5/10 minute cycle into the ancient town. Amazing location and lovely stay there."

"The family was incredibly kind and accommodating- always welcoming and smiling. The room was spotless and had dark curtains, a comfy bed, and strong A/C. The bathroom was clean (although the small shower partition didn’t do much to keep the floor dry). The location was great; the homestay is tucked down a quiet street just far enough away from the noise but convenient enough to walk to the hustle and bustle."
