Apparently the hotel has only one luggage cart. I went to lobby to get luggage cart as we were getting ready to check out. I returned to my room and was followed by an employee. « We really enjoyed our stay! Super clean and a perfect location… Close to everything. All the amenities were top notch, and the attention to detail was perfect. We had a very late arrival and we appreciated the snacks upon arrival. Most important, we really appreciated the high-level of communication with the host, even having them check in with us periodically if we needed anything. »

« Bonne propreté à l’intérieur mais non à l’extérieur sur les galeries que nous n’avons pu utiliser car il y avait beaucoup de thons, les chaises et les coussins étaient très sales, les fenêtres étaient très sales, et nous n’avons pu ouvrir les portes car les moustiquaires étaient coincées. J’ai communiqué ces problématiques à l’hôte le lendemain de notre arrivée mais rien n’a été fait durant notre séjour de cinq jours. De plus il n’y a pas de petites casseroles seulement deux grandes. »

We didn’t really stay there a lot because we were there to visit other family in the area, but I did notice that the heat did not reach the back bedrooms very well and they consistently stayed 5 to 10 cooler than the master bedroom Also, three rolls of toilet paper for five days was not enough. »
