"Beautiful, clean, and spacious house, perfect for our family of 4 plus two dogs. The fenced yard was wonderful for our kids and dogs to play, and we very much enjoyed the beautiful patio. Great location, convenient to Berchtesgaden/Ramsau for sightseeing (25 min drive) and lovely to explore Bad Reichenhall. Billie was friendly and responsive, definitely recommend!"

"This house was perfect for our multi-family spring break trip to the Austrian Alps. The location of the house made it easy for us to take day trips to Salzburg, Hohenwerfen Castle, the salt mines and Innsbruck. We also enjoyed spending a day or two at the house. Our kids loved running and playing in the outdoors while we relaxed in lounge chairs by the pool. Nina is a wonderful host and on our last night there arranged for a friend to cook us a special dinner at the house. Bianca was wonderful....

"Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. Plenty of rooms and spaces for our group of 8. Wonderful outdoor spaces too. And the hosts were incredible. Nina and Andy were easy to work with and helped us secure dinner reservations and made suggestions for great outings. Wish we could have stayed longer. Would highly recommend and will return again!!!"

"We loved the house and its location. It was very comfortable and large! We had 7 adults staying there and all were very comfortable in the home and we never felt that we were crowded. The views of the mountains are fantastic. It is very conveniently located to Berchtesgaten, Ramsau and Salzburg. The house was clean and the owner communicated with us to make sure that we had everything that we needed. We loved staying there and would do so again."

Transport links were brilliant with nearby stop for many of the buses that took you right across Salzburg - recommend the Salzburg card. Staff were super nice and managed to get us an early check-in but note that this is not always possible. We liaised directly with them through Whatsapp and they responded within minutes. "Lovely place, quiet and accessible walk to town. Go across street to private area, sit and enjoy the lake and mountain view. ONLY PROBLEM room was super hot, no AC and could not leave door open because a few bugs flew in. My husband didn't like that he had to pay for the coffee and bread. The manager was a lovely lady, very helpful. People in the town, not so much! Not engaging at all! "

"This hotel is extremely clean with a beautiful bar downstairs and relax area. The front desk staff is very helpful and polite. The rooms are elegant and very well stocked with amazing mini bar, fast wifi and super comfortable beds. I also loved that the shower and vanity were separate from the toilet room. Overall, amazing experience."
