« Room was not ready at after 3pm. I waited unitl 20 after purposely to avoid this issue when i went to check in i was told that i had to wait 10 minutes for them to clean the room it actually ended up taking another 20 minutes before we got to actually get into our room. The TV in the room was a dumb version of a smart TV and they did not provide the correct remote so we could not watch TV. No Wifi password was provided so much for free Wifi i had to use my Hotspot on my cellphone »
