The owner and her staff are kind, happy, knowledgeable and helpful. The sleeping area was quiet, everyone was respectful and the common area was a great place to hang in the evening when you are worn out from exploring. I wish i could give more stars. Ladies area had all the mod cons, dryers, straighteners, face cleaning wipes, a makeup table... great sleeping pods with fans and adjustable lighting and plenty of outlets. Staffs are friendly. There is a little food street across the hostel. The street cars are right outside, too. The facilities and bunks could use some update. I happened to stay on the bunk right by the door and I had to buy eye patch and ear plug for the second night. Not that my roommates were inconsiderate but the facility is not very noisy proof.
