The Neighborhood:

LOCATION

Hippach-Schwendberg in the Zillertal (600–2,762 m). Supermarket and restaurants in the village. Direct access to the Penken/Horberg/Finkenberg ski area with 142 km of slopes. Hintertux Glacier and Zillertal Arena are close by. In summer: Mountopolis on the Penken and the Sommerwelt adventure pool.



Getting Around:

• Ski bus: stop 100 m from the house, every 10 min

• Möslbahn 8 min, Horbergbahn 9 min by car

• We recommend a car; garage at the house
