"Did what it needed to, clean and a decent shower. Very nice staff on the front desk. Only improvement is to have a refillable water station so that I could have topped up my bottle. Reduce, reuse, recycle. Mc Donald's breakfast burrito was awful!!! a joke, but that is not their fault, I wish I had got a muffin instead! Booked online as cheaper than the rack rate for walk ins..."

"Comfortable rooms with a panoramic view of the vineyard and Seneca lake beyond. Friendly and accommodating staff, Veraisons restaurant is very good, balcony dining with same breathtaking view as all the rooms. Glenora Vineyards is excellent; after a brief wine tasting, I bought six bottles! Only drawback to the property is WiFi seems very weak."

"Nice setting. Just be aware if you get one of the double bed rooms the sleeping area is very small. It’s an older motel, and the walls are thin. On the plus side, the property is well maintained and right on the lake. The fire pit is great. Other rooms may be bigger, and they offer glamping. Coffee and muffins in the morning are good. If you want a bigger breakfast you will have to go elsewhere."

"Spa is amazing with excellent staff. Would highly recommend everyone visit and have a relaxing day at the spa. However, the restaurants connected with the hotel are okay at best. The fine dining restaurant was okay & had decent food, yet nothing wowed me it really missed the mark for excellent food at a fine dining restaurant. The pub restaurant was good, anything with brisket is excellent but again some of the other choices are missing components that could make the food really good. I had the artichoke and shrimp salad and was looking forward to something different, but it was just blah, it needs a better dressing and maybe feta cheese or something else added to bring the salad together. Staff were excellent at the pub."

"The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean, comfortable, and free of any unpleasant odors. The window could be opened slightly to allow fresh air inside, making the room comfortable even on a warm day without needing much air conditioning. The breakfast area was also spotless and offered a wide variety of choices. Parking was easy, convenient, and felt safe. The only drawback was that weekend rates were nearly twice as high as weekday rates."
