Single living space is excellent. Pull out couch available for extra guest which is nice for last minute guest. Very clean. Third floor with no elevator is a little much but overall space with outside deck is nice.

Overall the residences was clean, a little TLC needed in the bathroom. Plenty of space, nicely decorated. We were surprised that the sliding glass doors didn’t lock. It said no dogs allowed, but there was a lot of dog hair left behind. Meagan our guest contact was great. We would definitely by back

I stayed here for 5 days with my wife and 8 month old for the Heritage Golf tournament. The location for Harbour Town is excellent and the unit itself was easy enough with the villa amenities a nice addition (pool and tennis). We did notice, as other reviews have mentioned, that the unit is in need of a deep cleaning. Several areas of the home or appliances appeared dirtier than expected. It was also missing key essentials when we arrived, such as any hand soap for the bathroom or kitchen. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would bear these details in mind when booking.

Codes were out of date. The lock on the door did not work some of the time. Discovered that you cannot lock the door from the inside using the coded dead bolt, as it will not work the next morning to lock the door when you leave

This is the third time we have stayed at this property. I think that it may have changed ownership since our last stay. It’s starting to show some wear and tear and missing some love. We had issues with the air-conditioner which was promptly taken care of (thankfully), the patio door doesn’t lock but you are on the 3rd floor, our codes to the pool and restrooms were inaccurate, the smoke detector was disabled by a previous guest and still sitting on the counter, air vent in bathroom ceiling drips water and the ceiling is moldy, the bedding is eh and only one sleeping pillow per person but there’s extra in the closet but no pillow cases. It’s starting to show it’s age. On the positive side, the location is great. Right by the pool and walking distance to Harbor Town. We were able to get an early check-in which was very nice. And the property manager was great handling the air conditioner issue and even followed up afterwards. It’s a great little place for two to enjoy their stay in HH it just needs a bit of attention.

I really liked this condo. It’s well done and updated. But there’s something about the appearance when you’re up close. The owners need to find a new house keeper. This place is clean, but not spotless, which it should be for the price of staying. It’s really not that hard to even clean some of the area that needed attention. There are scuff marks on the walls, the front door looks like it needs a paint job, the base boards have dust collecting on them. To top it off, there are no beach/pool towels available. No dish soap or counter cleaner available. They give you a few trash bags but we ran out and just a pinch of dish washer detergent. I’d stay here again, but for way less money.

Great stay. The condo was clean and very updated. The only downside I would list is that it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator but that didn't matter to us but I think to some people it would. Overall great stay.

We were in HH to play some golf and relax. The property was clean but had a strong odor of bleach when we walked in. Had to open all windows which didn’t work so well. The bed on my husbands side had a deep depression. Said he felt like the mattress was leaning. Otherwise the property was okay

Great location - easy access to bike trails and short trip to harbor town and sea pines beach club. Beautiful pool. Apartment nicely furnished. We didn’t mind that it was a walk up -we liked being on the top floor. It’s about time for a new mattress, though.

My wife and I were very pleased with our stay. The front door digital lock never worked and we had to use the key but the key lock is jacked up too. Other then that we had no issues and enjoyed the balcony view of the green and the updated decor in the unit. Very short walk to Harbortown. I totally recommend this unit

We really enjoyed this property and only wish we could have stayed longer. This is a very walking and bike friendly community. Tons of places to walk and ride and so beautifully landscaped. There are tennis courts and pool right in front of condo. A 10 minute car ride to Sea Pines Beach Club...very very nice beach club with bathrooms, showers and a beach bar/restaurant. Bring your own beach chairs or plan to rent them...the condo only has sand chairs and they will bust your back if your at the beach for more than an hour. Great vacation and we hope to come back one day.

This condo is exactly like the pictures. It was recently renovated and they did a fabulous job. It is right by the pool, a short walk to Harbor Town and a quick ride to the beach on the bikes provided. It is on the third floor and I always over pack on road trips so that was a bit rough but I would definitely pack lighter and book this condo again. We’ve been going to Sea Pines for years and this is definitely on our list for our next visit.

I thought the experience was fantastic from initial booking all the way to the end. The place looked exactly like the pictures. The owners had thought of every single thing you could need. From having bikes outside to beach chairs, a great balcony table. One of the funnest things about the condo was they had LED lights on the back of the TV which is really really neat. The bathroom was great. The bedroom was just the right size. And I ended up bringing my two daughters and we were there and very very comfortable. This was an absolute great find for the price you should absolutely stay there. One of the things I would say don’t be put off by it’s on the third floor. I think at Best there was 25/27steps and it wasn’t hard to get up there. I’m 50 and it was an easy climb. My only other note that I think I wish somebody might’ve would’ve told me was they don’t have an icemaker in the refrigerator so you might wanna bring your own ice they have ice trays but just buy a bag of ice. But literally that’s the only one thing I could think of being super nitpicky that I would even say as a thing while you’re there. Other than that phenomenal stay.

The property overall was very nice and very modern. The only issue was the refrigerator was dirty from some spills. The kitchen table needed to be wiped. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were put away dirty. The main room cable didn't capture all the channels that were available in the bedroom. These were all minor issues and we didn't feel we needed to contact the property manager, we just took care of things or worked around them. We would definitely stay in the property again and recommend to friends.

Perfectly located in the heart of Sea Pines. This beautiful condo had everything my family of 4 needed to enjoy our week long stay. Located just steps away from the community swimming pool and tennis courts or a short walk across the parking lot to an official Sea Pines Trolley stop (with free rides to all the major sites). This condo had everything we could ask for! Clean and quiet inside. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and would stay here again in a heartbeat! The property is very clean and modern. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the backyard allowed us to watch golfers and see some wildlife in the evenings. We enjoyed watching movies on the large tv from Netflix and Amazon video. Check in was super easy with keyless entry. We could not get the balcony door to lock unfortunately and the code that was left to access the pool restrooms we could not get to work. The location of the property is ideal- right across from the pool and tennis courts and only a 10 minute walk to Harbour town. The horse stables are a 1 mile walk. This was truly a wonderful villa to spend a week in!

The condo is as perfect as the pictures show. The fixtures and finishes are in new condition. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need to prepare meals. The location is perfect, about 10-15 min bike ride to beach and 5 min bike ride to harbour town. The pool is directly across the street which is nice. A couple of small negatives; while the king bed is comfortable (mattress seems new), either the box spring or bed frame are very squeaky and rather annoying while trying to sleep (bolts probably need tightened). Sticking with the bedroom, the ceiling fan which also seems new makes a buzzing noise, so we did not utilize and just turned the AC down an extra degree to keep us cool at night (not a major issue). While not the rentals fault, the pool and pool deck had a ton of debris for the first two days before the pool company came and cleaned everything up. Based on the location of the pool (under lots of trees), it really should be tended to daily but that wasn't the case. Overall, we were happy with the stay and would recommend the property to family and friends.
