Nice view of the golf course and friendly neighbors. Close enough to the beach to ride a bike to. Nice price and size for families. A little spackle and paint would go a long way on this property however. Also it’s disappointing to pay a large cleaning fee and find cobwebs and deep dust on the bed and bedside tables. Nozzle on kitchen sink falling off while doing dishes. It seems clear that as small repairs needed, along the way, cheapest of repair options were chosen.If you are staying more than a few days you will need to bring your own detergents and toiletries - bare minimum supplied to you (2 trash bags, 2 laundry loads, two dishwasher loads).Was priced well, overall. ##### Daus M.
