This FIRST FLOOR, one-bedroom retreat with a ocean view from the patio. Direct beach access from the complex, less than 50 yards from the sand! In room work station. Multiple restaurants in the complex as well as bike rentals. Including a network of pedestrian trails to explore and world-class golf all within easy reach of home. Mini golf 2 minutes away. Short drive to Coligny, Harbortown, etc The brightly lit interior features cheerful, beach-inspired decor and an open layout. The private balcony with partial ocean view makes a perfect perch for morning coffee or relaxing afternoon breeze. The kitchen comes well-equipped for home cooking convenience. In the evenings, unwind in the living room while streaming your favorite shows and movies on the smart TV. Additional home essentials include free WiFi and central air-conditioning. Shared laundry facilities are located in the building for additional on-site access. Multiple LARGE pools on the property with one being beachfront. Beach Volleyball Tennis & Pickleball Courts are free to use but recommend reserving a court time. Rackets/balls are available to checkout from front desk. (Limited availability) On-site bike rental. Adventure Cove putt-putt golf is 1/4 mile away and a very bike ride away. Resort Dining Available: CocoNutz Sportz Bar is open year-round. It offers entertainment and a varied menu. Pool tables are available for recreation and league play. Hours of operation are from 4:00PM to 12:00AM. Gator’z Pizza located in the Convention Center, offers pizza, wings, and more with a family friendly atmosphere. Open seasonally at 5:00PM to 10:00PM.
