"The hotel is promoting a restaurant/bistro And its false advertising. The hotel is in an industrial park close to nothing with no amenities. The isolated guests are charged $4.50 for a bottle of water. Not impressed at all. Never again. "

"Breakfast was great! Pool was nice and warm and room was clean. "

"Microwave did not work when arrived. Had to go to front desk to heat food. Worker came up and did a temp fix the next day but cut the power to the mini fridge and then had to throw all food out in the morning. "

"Build is not maintained. Trash and abandoned vehicles in the lot. Broken windows!!!"

"It would have been nice if the pool area had closed for kids under sixteen. In from 8 to 10 adult, swimming had time without a bunch of kids."

"There was construction on our floor a worker had to take down plastic to let us in the hall to our room. No one not even the front desk told us. The pool was also closed but we were told we could walk across the street to another hotel to use their pool. Ridiculous and terrible experience. Also there was nothing on hotels.com informing us of this either. Very disappointed in both the facility and booking site !!! "
