« This home has an excellent location right on the beach and near the amusement park and other attractions. However, I'm not sure I'd rate this a 5-star property. The house is average and kitchen appliances are very old. The toaster doesn't work. There are bugs (especially ants) everywhere. The bathrooms are old/dated. Additionally, the posting says this sleeps 11. It sleeps 9 at best. We were a group of 10 (6 children, 4 adults), and we barely made it work. There's no way 11 adults would be able...

« This condo fit our needs perfectly. We were a family of 9 adults in NYC to do all the sights and experiences we could in a week. We found this condo clean, nicely finished, roomy, with a large kitchen stocked well and bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. It is about a 15 minute walk to subway in a very safe neighborhood. Grocery store also about 15 minute walk. Bus stop is within a couple blocks of condo. Ying responded promptly to our questions and we had an excellent stay here. Highly...

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful 6-day stay with my partner! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and helpful. Bottles of water were available everdy day, and whenever we needed anything or had an issue, the team was always very responsive and dealt with it immediately. I was initially a little worried after reading some of the reviews, but honestly, I don’t understand them at all! Our room was spotless, housekeeping was available whenever requested, and there were plenty of thoughtful amenities provided, such as a garment steamer, coffee and more. The bed was HUGE and incredibly comfortable, and the location was absolutely ideal. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! The only downside was that only one of the two elevators was working during our stay, which sometimes meant quite a long wait. So, just a little tip: don’t be in a rush, or call the elevator before you’ve even started putting your shoes on Other than that, everything was genuinely excellent. A huge thank you to the entire team for the warm welcome and for making our stay so enjoyable. We would happily come back! ❤️"
