These rock formations are an amazing sight because they seem to have come from nowhere. There are no other formations like these anywhere in sight so you're left with a sense of wonderment. There are large boulders in the area but nothing like these. When you get here, there is a road that goes around the entire area so you can see the formations from all angles. We had a Pikes Peak view and the room was perfect. The balcony was great and they provide 2 chairs in the closet inside. Walking distance from downtown Manitou Springs on the greenbelt. We had to add a night and the person that checked us in was very accommodating and we didn’t have to move rooms. Breakfast was very good! Everything you could expect from a chain hotel breakfast.
