"Clean room "

"Fantastic location but the hotel is currently undergoing major renovation meaning that they are missing a lot of the amenities that you would expect - bar, shop, etc. Large area of the hotel is boarded off and there is constant construction noise, etc. Frankly, I would have expected a discount on the usual rate due to these inconveniences. Staff were very good though."

"Lovely place in a lovely neighborhood. Clean and pretty, outstanding staff. The room wasn't big but it was just perfect for me - and I especially enjoyed opening the large window in my room to breath in the quiet Paris alley behind. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!"

"They don’t clean the room everyday, kitchen is very tiny. Only 2 towels per day when I paid for 3 people to stay there, homeless every night just in front of the hotel, 2 slow and old elevators, one wasn’t working. Couch bed mattress was not comfortable at all, very hard mattress, sheets not soft material, bathroom smelled like public restroom, overall cleaning service was too bad. Parking not available, it’s a busy area for shopping, you won’t find parking for your car. "

"Small room with a bit of a damp smell, one useable wall socket, no fridge or water bottles. Nothing really in the room. Stairs leading up to the hotel was not great. Friendly staff. "

"The hotel was extremely busy, but really could do with some deeper cleaning. In our room, the sink wouldn't drain of water for ages, assuming blocked with multiple visitors toothpaste spit! There was a clump of someone's hair on the floor, and generally dust and some hair found in the toilet and shower area. We ended up buying a pack of disinfectant wipes and cleaned the room ourselves! The corridors smelled of sweat and the carpets were filthy. One of the lifts was out of order so it was a lot quicker to use the stairs for the amount of visitors trying to use the other 2 lifts On the plus side, there were vending machines with ample choices of snacks and drinks and coffee. We didn't use the breakfast facilities so can't comment on them. For the price, we expected budget, but cleanliness should still be a priority. "

"Recently stayed here with my partner and two teens. We chose this specifically for the bunk beds because if you have kids you know they're more likely to get along when they don't have to share a bed! Room was clean, staff were lovely and location was perfect! We did not utilize the breakfast buffet because we enjoyed walking to a bakery and buying baguettes and croissants every morning and our favourite lunches were from different shops along the street without the crowds. We were still able to walk to many of the tourist sites but it's very close to the metro as well. We were so happy we found this gem, thank you for a wonderful stay! "
