The room was very basic and run down and there were even cobwebs in the bathroom. The desk chair was stained and gross but the worst was when i pulled up the sheets on the corner of the bed for the bed bug test the mattress was brown and fluid stained. « This is definitely one of the best stays when visiting Helen,GA and surrounding areas. It was so clean and comfortable with beautiful, relaxing creek views. The property has all the amenities of home. It was just a short drive to all the places we wanted to go in Helen. Unfortunately, it was still way too hot out to use the fire pit in the first week of September. We still enjoyed our stay. »

« We had a short stay in order to pick up a new puppy from a friend. The place was immaculate, the bed was very comfortable and LOVED the kitchen and bath.
The one question/concern we had is that was no stated check out instructions other than time and the key. No info about trash, linens, dishes or thermostats.
