« Huge fan in the lobby for air but it Smelled of cigarette smoke. The room was seedy with stuff splatted on the walls. Loud fan in bathroom and bot enough light. The toulet didnt flush every day I went to the front desk about it. Unfortunately it wasnt resolved!! »

« The property was actually a Motel 6 that said reservations made in advance did not actually guarantee you a room. When we arrived, we were told that there was only one room left that did not have a TV and was not the same accommodations that we had booked in advance. Next, we were told that all the hotel key card readers on the room doors were broken, so the only way that we could get in an out of our rooms is by having the hotel staff use a screwdriver to take the doors off the hinges each time...

« My partner and I booked pretty last minute after staying in a disaster budget hotel and this place was a godsend. The parking lot has plenty of space and if you're nervous about the narrow driveway, there's plenty of street parking. I booked through a third party and I think that's why I had issues with check-in - the info is supposed to unlock once you're within check-in time and complete the pre-check-in survey, but it didn't unlock for me - however I emailed the owner and got it sorted out...

« I loved the location but was surprised I didnt have direct acess to the balcony. »

« We rented the property so we could have a close place to a collierville. Everything was less than a 10 minute drive. It made the trip great for our family. »

« I stayed at Boho Grove while attending a K9 seminar in the area. It was in a perfect location to get to/from the seminar. Jayme was very responsive and easy to work with. The place was clean and my dog appreciated the back yard. »

« We enjoyed our stay. Jamey was an excellent host. He replied quickly to our request and was so helpful when we needed to extend our stay, the place was clean, cute and cozy. »

« The actual property was nice but while staying here my vehicle was broken into. I contacted the host to try and get the camera footage to give to the police and I was informed that the cameras on the property does not work and have not been for a while. Like I mentioned before the actual property was nice, it was clean and spacious but the area is unsafe. »

« Good value considering everything included like free parking and WiFi. It suited my needs while traveling nicely. »

« Cute duplex; Nice and clean; Felt safe in the gated area. Night shifter here so I sleep during the day and it got a little warm. The smell from the cleaning supplies was a little strong on the first day, but it was clean! The bed was comfy! A sound machine and portable fan where in the bedroom, which was an awesome touch. »

« Neat and peaceful room with a cozy bed. The check-in process was swift and straightforward. »

« I don't know how to send this information directly to the host so I'll post our experience here. Location: Quiet, safe feeling neighborhood near Overton. Easy walk to local restaurants.Parking: Free parking was a great perk.Cleanliness: The space wasn't fully clean; we found crumbs or some kind of leftovers on the couch.Kitchen & Amenities: No counter space for prep or drying dishes, and zero kitchen towels. The microwave has a broken foot, hot water takes a very long time to reach the sink, and...
