"We had stayed here last November also and you can tell the difference with the new owners. Everything is shaping up nicely. New carpet and everything was spotless. They have a nice breakfast available also. Plan on staying here often as we have a new grandson in the area."

"The cabin was cozy, clean, quiet, and absolutely beautiful. The property owner was so accommodating and supportive. I gave 4 out of 5 stars for the check-in process, but not against the property owner or property itself. It appears to be a systematic failure on VRBO itself. I highly recommend."

"We had a great time for couples weekend! The house was very clean and the check in process was easy! We enjoyed the town of Perham and also enjoyed hanging at the house. The hot tub was an added bonus and we had a nice fire down by the beach. We did bring our own wood. The one downside was that the gas fireplace did not work again. This was our second time staying at the house and the fireplace didn’t work then either. But other than that it is a great place!!!! We will definitely stay again!"

From the saunas to the hot tub everything was amazing and help provide a quiet relaxing weekend away to read and unwind. Josh was an amazing host. Was always quick to respond and help with anything we had questions on. We've used VRBO for years and I'll say Josh was the most gracious and responsive host we have ever had.
