"No TV, no hot water in the shower only the sink. Talked a number of times to the front desk. Finally was told TV is out throughout the hotel and nothing they could do, and never heard anything on the hot water. Will not be staying here again. "

He was quick to respond, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. He even helped us find a great golf course nearby, which was a perfect way to unwind after work.Overall, another fantastic experience.
