Hotel itself is great but lacking amenities in surrounding area. Transportation easily organized by front desk but is 500TWD one way to Kenting Main Street.

整體來講都不錯 只可惜天候不佳 風太大了 先前有來過森食堂用餐很喜歡 但不知週四公休 哈哈 沒口福 , 不過隔天的早餐有令人驚豔 雖然菜色沒有很多 色香味俱全尤其是炙燒鯖魚 火候拿捏神準 讓不太吃魚的我又去餐檯拿了第二遍 . 飯店服務人員都很親切 因為自己也曾在飯店工作20年 所以對服務態度這一塊相當重視 嵐翎白砂真的是適合和家人或朋友來度假放鬆的好地方 . ps這裡有無敵海景及夕陽喔 !

園區比我想像的大很多，草坪有整理過，適合進行簡易的球類運動，房間的落地窗美景無價！臨時決定晚餐也在園區內使用，價格不低，但口味是好吃的，推薦給懶得出門覓食的旅客

夾菜時多人交談不衛生

早餐是自助式的 有分成兩時段很好 但取餐區應該告示提醒夾菜請勿交談 這是非疫情時也應該有的衛生禮儀吧 跟現場服務生反應但看到他們不敢提醒客人 再去跟大廳櫃檯反應 卻是理由一堆、並且態度不佳 園區環境和房間都很不錯 不低的房價還是想帶家人來渡假 但讓人擔憂的用餐衛生和服務態度…..

身為位在墾丁的飯店卻沒有提供潤髮乳及身體乳液給旅客使用蠻扣分的。畢竟去墾丁的旅客幾乎都會玩水，這樣的備品算是基本要標配才對。況且飯店價位也不是廉價的，這樣基本的備品卻沒有讓旅客感受不是很好

Fantastic!

The hotel is definitely excellent! It’s located in a very beautiful spot to see the beach and the mountain. The rooms are very clean decorated with some real quality furniture. Super view to see both the daytime and night stars. Staffs are very professional and nice. Love it! It’s the best in Kenting!

優點：房間坪數大、寬敞、房型美、戶外造景適合拍照、早餐美味、接待人員親切。 缺點：入住訊息寫明下午3點才能Check in，下午3點多抵達，卻等到4點多才能夠進房（還未打掃完畢），比我們晚到的都先進房休息了。
