« The hot tub is still broken, at least 6 months now but signs outside still have hot tub listed as amenity. The coffee machine was out of water the whole time we were there. Simple fix that makes a big difference in your stay. We love this hotel so it’s sad to see it not having all the comforts you get use to after staying here for over 5 years when we visit the lake.
Rooms still nice, beds comfy, staff friendly and sunsets views can’t be beat. The pool and sauna were nice and working. »

« We stayed in the lakeview cabin! It was cozy & cute! The view of Norfork Lake was beautiful! We had dinner at the restaurant which was delicious! We would definitely stay here again! »
