Chambres dans un hébergement La Quinta Inn & Suites à Henderson

« Breakfast was fine. Basic fare. We had an issue with our room upon check in (AC was not working). But front desk moved us immediately, even noting that they knew about that room, but thought it had been fixed, so overall no big deal. Both rooms however, the tile/LVP in the entry way was cracked and falling apart. The hotel needs a refurb. But, overall it was clean, and worked for a one night stop on our trip. Would (and very likely will) stay here again. »

« A nice hotel, with all the necessary equipments, clean and mostly quiet. Very friendly staff. »

« The water pressure in the shower was terrible. They are charging me extra for a rag that was already tore when I got to hotel. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 on Thursday morning and they couldn't get it to shut off til after 3 in the morning. »

« The evening check in girl was fabulous!! So kind, helpful and helped us over and above! The girl cleaning in our area was very nice!! Only real complaint the tv program and tv was absolutely horrible and we requested a wake up call and never got it. Needs to have a little better maintenance done. »
