Very nice plenty of room hot tub needs some attention very clean beds were comfortable plenty of kitchen ware one of the best areas for exploring all of the town without having to even get in a car definitely loved the stay.

Nice place, great location. It wasn't clear there were multiple flights of stairs, which wasn't optimal for us. Rented this place for the screened in porch with hot tub, but between the heat and the spiders, we didn't get to use it as much as we wanted.Bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed there.Overall, it was a nice place situated a short walk from downtown Helen, so the stay was most enjoyable.

LOVED this location! It had easy access to downtown Helen without having to drive during the busy holiday traffic. Both bedrooms, with king beds and ensuite bathrooms were nice. The kitchen had all we needed for this trip. The dinning room table accommodated six and worked well for the board games we like to play. The hot tub was AMAZING for relaxing at the end of the day! Thank you for a WONDERFUL stay!

VRBO had the address of the property but not the unit number. I figured it out by looking at the owners mail address. Super nice property. Hot tub was a hit. Beds were comfortable. Having three baths was wonderful. Walking distance to everything. Nice grocery. Betty’s Country Market was handy and delightful

This was not our first visit to this property. It is as advertised; clean, well stocked and everything works. The hot tub is a unique addition and we fully utilized it. The location is perfect for anyone who does not want to drive around town and pay parking fees. You can walk to everything and it is right next to Bettys, a small market that has everything you need at reasonable prices, plus a restaurant/snack bar. It is our number one choice when visiting Helen.

A great place to stay when visiting Helen. Big beds, comfy living room. Nice kitchen. 2 and a half bathrooms. Everything very clean. Looked just like it was advertised. The host left clear and easy instructions for check-in and checkout. Games to play for families and brochures in a house rule binder were very helpful as well. Would stay here again.

We stay in Helen multiple times a year. Always on the main road so we can park and not drive again until we leave. This property is great. The stairs will give you a workout, which I liked but others may need to be aware. And the single bed room is right beside the main entrance door while the other two rooms are on the third level. Wasn’t a problem for us but might be if you need that room for a young child. I just like to add all the details I appreciate when booking a place. A fantastic home. Cozy and had all of the items we needed and many more. Would definitely recommend.

Property owner was fantastic. Location was fantastic. Unit was clean and provided everything we needed. Took off 1 star only because the downstairs bedroom is right next to the front door and the entire floor was like an ice cube, and also did not have a bathroom. My poor mother in law was staying with us and she had to go upstairs to use the restroom and up 2 flights of stairs to access a shower through another bedroom. She ended up sleeping on the upstairs couch both nights due to how cold the floor was and there were not enough blankets provided. Also, downstairs has a minor ant problem. We had a beach bag and shoes right off of the front door, and upon packing up I picked up these items and there were black ants everywhere! Otherwise, the property was just fine and the host super accommodating for early check in.
