Please no pets. If you have a service animal, we are not allowed to say no. Please be aware that while we intend to follow all rules in regards to service animals, we kindly ask that you attempt to book another property that is not owned by someone who is severely allergic to animal dander. \- All types of smoking are strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping and e-cigarettes. We charge a $300 fee PLUS the entire cost of deep cleaning and restoring the property to its smoke-free condition. \- No parties or large gatherings.
