« We had the best time. Super clean house. Spacious. Right on the vineyard! Easy ubers to restaurants and wineries in the area. Beautiful walking paths. The only thing I would mention is that we didn't think about the house being on a working winery during harvest. The winery staff was very accommodating and there were no issues. « It was a beautiful piece of property. We all love to prepare meals each night. The kitchen was well stocked. Access to the river was perfect with a couple kayaks that we loved. We enjoyed the wildlife. We do this each year, but choose to go to different locations. But if we didn’t, this was definitely be a house that I would recommend returning to year after year. »

Swimming to Stumptown brewery with the dog was pretty epic. Guerneville a small quaint town did not disappoint, eateries and a super market for all your grocery needs. »

« Cute little river house. Comfortable bed, newly remodeled, clean interior. Has most amenities for cooking (bring your own seasonings). Hot tub works well but turn it up when you arrive so it's hot when you want to use it. Tight driveway, don't recommend a full size truck. Definitely would stay here again. »

« This was my first stay at an Vrbo and when we arrived and walked through the front door the first thing we noticed was the smell of fresh linen. No smells of cheap cleaner or bleach just fresh linen. The downstairs was neat and tidy as was the kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms were immaculate with beautiful comforters and very plush pillows. All three bathrooms were sparkling clean with plenty of fresh towels, quality hand soap and shower shampoos and conditioners. Now for the best part the beds...
