Cozy 1-bedroom apartmentHouston
9.2 sur 10, Merveilleux, (7 avis)
« The location was excellent for my needs - close to where I needed to be as well as a great coffee spot, grocery store, and many box stores. The property's amenities, including the outdoor pool and the fitness center, added to the value and my decision to rent this unit. The host's responses to my questions were IMMEDIATE and helpful. There is room for improvement with regard to cleanliness. »

« Checkin was unpleasant because I was given the wrong lockbox information and had trouble reaching the management company. Finally I did and after an hour I got the key. They the WiFi didn’t work and I couldn’t reach anyone - another frustrating hour wasted. The hidden router just needed to be plugged in. The place itself was very comfortable and very convenient for the Reliant Stadium. »

« Good enough for what I needed. Very close. . . . as Houston goes. . . .for where I needed to be. But it was loud and the locals are restless . . . .these are the times we live in I suppose. Getting in the Main gate was noy ideal. No code issues but you have to hang in the traffic lane to get the gate code entered for admittance. That being said. . . . . was VERY happy to have gated parking »

« Ho pagato troppo per una camera di una casa situata nel retro della casa.
Per entrare c’era l’erba alta, e edera che cresceva su l’unica panchina di legno che sembrava abbandonata.
In più il bagno non era per niente pulito, nel lavandino c’era ancora dentifricio di chi si era lavato i denti prima.
A mio avviso l’esperienza vale meno della metà del prezzo richiesto.
La posizione e il suo punto forte. »

« Conveniently located to the medical district with plenty of grocery and restaurants nearby. Apartment complex is quiet, secure, and offers more space and comfortable than a hotel room for those that need extended stay in the area. Host is very responsive. Be sure to download instructions prior to stay to ensure smooth entry to complex. Walk from parking garage to unit is long but all an indoor walk within complex. Will stay again. »

« This is a super quaint and charming apartment. A little old, but decorated appropriately for its age. Loved the classic appliances. Made me feel like I was back at my grandmas in New Orleans. Ideal for a couple or single escape. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. The host was always very responsive to all our questions.Very safe neighborhood that is being upgraded to be even better. « This was an okay stay. These are the reasons why it was just okay.. My check in got pushed from 4pm to 7pm. Mind you my plane landed at 11AM, but they extended my check out to 1PM. Bed was super comfortable, it just honestly didn’t have a comforter it was like a bunch of sheets on my bed. Clean for the most part, walls super thin, and I’m sure it’s a spot in the mural that’s mold near the window. Neighborhood was safe and quiet! And it’s in the heart of Montrose for the people »
