36 Strawberry Hill is a great base from which to explore West Cornwall, from the stunning beaches of st. Ives bay, to lush gardens, great food, theatre and the superb walking trails of the south west coastal path. 36 Strawberry Hill offers the convenience of being on a holiday park, with facilities which include a swimming pool, tennis court, shop, bar and play park in a location which makes Cornwall and its sights easily accessible.

Just a few minutes drive to Hayle, it's harbour, shops and beaches, around fifteen minutes from St. Ives and Penzance, and close to train links, 36 Strawberry Hill is a great family getaway.

With three bedrooms (one double, one twin and one single), open plan living / dining and kitchen space and downstairs bathroom, 36 Strawberry hill offers comfortable accommodation for up to five guests.

Downstairs
Living / Dining / Kitchen - This open plan living is ideal for families to gather round and relax after a long day on the beach or exploring some of Cornwall's main attractions. Dining table with five chairs, four seater sofa, TV / DVD player and well equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven & hob.
Bathroom - With bath, shower over, sink and toilet.

Upstairs
Double bedroom - with king size bed, bedside table with lamps, chest of drawers and hanging space.
Twin Bedroom - Two single beds, bedside table with lamp, chest of drawers and hanging space.

EV Charging
There are two EV charging stations located on the Tolroy Manor park. These are shared use and are accessible and charged through the Monta Charge app.

Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.

The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.

The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.

At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.

For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.

For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.

Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Whether it is a relaxing laid back holiday or a more action packed holiday you are seeking Hayle Holidays at Tolroy Manor is the ideal place for your Cornish getaway.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.

Winter stay at Tolroy Manor (Late Oct - Late March):
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.

Good base for exploring Cornwall

All admin excellent. Compact but clean property with everything we needed for the stay. Car needed to take things for a day at the beach...but spectacular once there. We loved the park and ride to St Ives.

Nice little apartment

Nice little apartment, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced, we had everything we needed for our stay, comfy beds, nice and quiet, and felt reassured by the extra cleaning/safety measures put in place by the holiday company, worth a mention I was impressed by toms/hayle holidays ive not used them before, they were friendly, efficient and helpful so I would book with them again, good on site facilities great little on site shop with everything you might need, good location if you have a car and ample parking, only drawback for me was the swimming pool, you have to book in to use this for a 45 minute session it is a small pool which would comfortably allow for 2 people to swim and keep socially distanced but john fowlers allowing 10 people to use at once was too busy when I went so I didn't go in, but certainly no reflection on the apartment and would stay there again.

Perfect placing

We had quick and easy access to property which was very clean and tidy. Everything worked and all needs were met. And felt just as comfortable as being at home. It was nice and peaceful for sleeping and the bed was one of the most comfortable iv laid on. All in all was very happy with accommodation and will definitely stay again.

Nice clean and tidy house. Only downside was that you don’t provide bed covers and towels etc the key code in the email was incorrect but once I phoned up. The chap couldn’t of been more helpful and apologised for the inconvenience. Def souring a family stay

Clean and welcoming

As someone who has stayed at Tolroy Manor on many occasions, in all sorts of accommodation, it was the first time through Home away rather than through Fowler direct. Our last stay was in Fowlers' most expensive level home, a damp, smelly and pretty unpleasant house, which had leftover belongings and put us off re-booking. On this occasion, given the high three day minimum cost of booking through Fowlers, we found this property, at a better rate, bookable for two nights. With very low expectations, we found the place to be very clean, fresh smelling, organised and all together a pleasure to stay in. Tolroy seems to be something of an accommodation lucky dip from our experience, but very happy to recommend this property, many thanks to the owners, we'll be back.
